He was very helpful and friendly in helping me find a home. He was able to work around my work schedule to meet me and show me the homes that I selected. He was able to point out weaknesses in the home or things that might need to be addressed or fixed . He also had referrals to help in financing a home. I have school loans and he was able to help me secure a loan at a low interest rate, better than what I can find myself. When I pointed out that I wanted to upgrade the bathroom, he gave me a few people that he relied on personally.
